Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, offences under Sections

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20816 of 2021(2) dt.29-11-2021 2/3 341/323/342/307/302/120B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code were added.

Allegation is that the petitioners were members of the panchayat which got marriage of the brother of the informant with Arti Kumari. Though the brother of the informant was protesting against the marriage. Later on dead body of the brother of the informant was found hanging with a tree near a canal. Hence, suspicion is there against the petitioners. Considering the fact that on the basis of the aforesaid material it cannot be inferred that the petitioner had abetted the deceased to commit suicide, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Sourbazar Police Station Case No.
