JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 29-03-2017 During the pendency of the matter with regard to construction of the four roads in question it is seen from the supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner today that the Government of India, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways by order passed on 10th of March, 2017 has sanctioned a sum of Rs. 96.
93 crores again as an estimate for construction of the four roads in question and the conditions stipulated now in the order is that the roads should be constructed within a period of four months. That being so, for the present, interest of justice would be made in case the State is directed to take action in pursuance to the order (Annexure-5) dated 10th of March, 2017 filed today along with the supplementary affidavit and ensure that the work for construction of the roads in question is completed within the time stipulated by the Government of India.
Patna High Court CWJC No.18451 of 2016 dt.29-03-2017 3/3 Court may consider taking action in the matter against the erring officials of the State Government.
