====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs, and order/ orders in the nature of mandamus for directing and commanding the respondent Housing Board to allot HIG vacant plot bearing Plot no. 2H/114 situated at Bahadurpur, Patna at the place of Plot no. 2H/129 situated at Digha, Patna which was allotted to the petitioner but

Patna High Court CWJC No.3438 of 2022(2) dt.15-12-2022 2/3 possession has not been given due to dispute with farmers of Digha land are however the petitioner has deposited 80% amount of agreement amount and remaining 20% has not been paid due to possession of the land has not been given to the petitioner and further any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of the instant case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances as also for refund of the amount deposited by him. Liberty so sought, is granted. It is needless to state that in case, appropriate representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna, shall take appropriate action and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
