JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 22-04-2025 This contempt application has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 19.04.2018 passed in CWJC No. 10261 of 2016 wherein, in paragraph No. 5 this Court had passed the following order:
"...Considering the above, the writ
Patna High Court MJC No.585 of 2019(3) dt.22-04-2025 2/3 application is disposed off with a direction to the Director, Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes Welfare Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, respondent No. 2, to finalize the gradation list of teachers in graduate trained scale so that the teachers may be considered and granted promotion as Headmaster, according to the seniority position of respective teachers. The respondents are required to complete the process of preparation of gradation list of graduate trained teachers and also to consider the case of the teachers in accordance with the rules for promotion to the post of Headmaster within a maximum period of four months, from the date of receipt/production of this order..."
2. Opposite party Nos. 3-5 has filed a show-cause wherein, in paragraph No. 7 it has been stated as under: "...7. That it is pertinent to mention here that in compliance of Hon'ble Court's order dated 19.04.2018 passed in CWJC No. 10261 of 2016 Rasendra Narayan Singh vrs. The State of Bihar and Others, vide Departmental memo No. 1084 dated 16.04.2019 final gradation list of Graduate Assistant Teacher (Trained) has been published in which petitioner's name figures at serial no. 11..."
3. On perusal of the show-cause filed by the opposite party Nos. 3-5, I find that the order dated 19.04.2018 passed in
Patna High Court MJC No.585 of 2019(3) dt.22-04-2025 3/3 CWJC No. 10261 of 2016 has been complied with by the respondents.
4. Accordingly, this contempt application stands closed and disposed off.
