Patna High Court MJC No.821 of 2021(3) dt.25-03-2021 2/2 directed that the aforesaid contempt petition bearing M.J.C. no. 3658 of 2019 be restored to its original file."

It is accordingly directed that the aforesaid sentence appearing in the last paragraph of the order dated 10.03.2021 be read as follows :- " The present petition is allowed and it is directed that the aforesaid writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. no. 21922 of 2019 be restored to its original file. "

Accordingly, the time granted for removal of the defects is also extended by a further period of four weeks from today.
