Petitioner is accused in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 453 of 2016 registered under Sections 370, 370(A) of the I.P.C and Section 5 of Human Trafficking Prevention Rules, 2008.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been falsely implicated in the present case. The parents' of the boys on affidavit said that the allegation against the petitioner is false and fabricated. Also charge sheet has been submitted and the petitioner is in custody since 27.09.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
