The petitioner seeks bail in Dighalbank P.S. Case No. 80 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 47 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.
15 liters of country made liquor is recovered from the house of the petitioner for that the petitioner is in jail for more than two months.
Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in Dighalbank P.S. Case No. 80 of 2016.
