The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. One Vinod Thakur has created a forged voter list showing himself as a son of the informant Ramadhin Thakur whereas informant claims that he is an unmarried person and a physically disabled person. Petitioner is co-villager and allegation is that he pressurizes to the informant to give the land to Vinod Thakur.

Submission is that the allegation is false and concocted one. At the time of furnishing bail bond, the petitioner shall file an affidavit that he has no concern with the property of the informant and shall never pressurize the

On filing of such affidavit, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Hilsa Police Station Case No. 623 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
