Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 133 of 2016 registered under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner had earlier moved this Court for grant of bail which was rejected vide order dated 15.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52011 of 2016 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge has been framed in the case on 17.02.2017. Learned counsel has annexed copy of the order framing the charge with the application.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15259 of 2017 (2) dt.29-03-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Motihari Town P.S.
