JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 461/379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Some unknown stolen away five sets of mobile phone from the shop of the informant. One of the mobiles was recovered from the possession of a relative of this petitioner, who disclosed that he had purchased the said mobile from the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16284 of 2017 (2) dt.04-04-2017 2/2 Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Supaul/Successor Court, in connection with Balua Bazar P.S. Case No.9 of 2016, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
