Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 231 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case on account of previous enmity due to land dispute. There is case and counter case between the parties. Both sides have sustained injuries. Petitioners have no criminal

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Kako P.S.
