The petitioner is Train Ticket Examiner and it is alleged by the informant that while he was on the railway platform, the petitioner snatched his money. There is counter case also wherein the petitioner stated that the informant, having been caught traveling without ticket and refusing to pay fine, he was beaten and it is in retaliation, the present case has been lodged. Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner abovenamed shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
