The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 238(C) of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Both the parties are present in Court.

It has been submitted by the girl that she is staying with her husband and children peacefully and no complaint has been made by her.
