JUSTICE BIBEK CHAUDHURI ORAL ORDER 28-11-2024 The dispute relates to payment of travel allowance and other admissible allowance to the petitioners, who, on being selected, participated in the World Congress of Philosophy at Beijing, China in the year 2018. Since then, the petitioners did not receive the travel allowance and other admissible allowance for their visit.

2. At the time of hearing, the learned Advocate on behalf of the University submits that the petitioners were

Patna High Court CWJC No.4724 of 2020(5) dt.28-11-2024 2/2 requested in writing by the University Authority to submit their bills for payment of the said sum only yesterday, i.e., on 27th of November, 2024.

3. It is urged by the learned Advocate for the petitioners, on the other hand, that they have submitted their bills long ago.

4. Be that as it may, on the basis of the abovementioned letter, the petitioners will submit their fresh bills within 15 days from the date of this order and the University Authority shall disburse the amount within 30 days thereafter.
