2. The petitioner seeks bail in Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 1039 of 2025 registered for an offence under Sections 112(2)(b) and 111(4) of BNS, 2023 and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26(2) and 35 of the Arms Act.
3. The allegation is that the petitioner was running a mini gun factory and the petitioner bears antecedent of six cases.
4. Considering that the petitioner was running a mini gun factory and the petitioner bears antecedent of six cases, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14294 of 2026(6) dt.25-05-2026 2/2 petitioner is rejected.
6. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
7. Let this order be communicated to the Principal, MS College, Motihari.
8. This Court expresses its surprise as to why this person is still in job if disciplinary proceeding is pending against the petitioner. The same should be decided expeditiously and it is against the interest of the students that he is even being seen around campus.
