The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Session Trial No. 813 of 2018 arising out of Khajekalan P.S. Case No. 317 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner had been rejected by this Court vide order dated 22.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17502 of 2019. Now the prayer for bail of this petitioner has been renewed on the ground of custody as the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 19.11.2018 i.e. more than two years and the likelihood of conclusion of trial is not expected in near future. Therefore, petitioner may be enlarged

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Patna City in connection with S.T. No. 813 of 2018 arising out of Khajekalan P.S. Case No. 317 of 2018.
