With some liberty at an earlier occasion while the husband of petitioner, namely Munna Rai had moved prayer for bail under Cr. Misc. No.39641 of 2013, a ray of hope was perceived over having the matter reconciled amongst the parties leading grant of provisional bail for a tenure of six months whereunder, the learned lower Court was directed to keep watch over activity of the spouse.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after having been released on provisional bail, petitioner never cared. Although, the period had already expired, however, the grievances still remained.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5120 of 2015 (02) dt.11-02-2015 found exhausted, this petition is found non-maintainable and is accordingly, dismissed. However, the learned lower Court is directed to entertain the prayer of the petitioner/ informant of Kutchaikot P. S. Case no.153 of 2010, on this score and will pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
