Petitioners are in custody since 24.11.2016 in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S. Case No. 122 of 2016 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) and 37 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners, who are of clean antecedents, have falsely been implicated in this case. No recovery has been made from the conscious possession of the petitioners. The petitioners are rotting in custody for the last three months.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7781 of 2017 (2) dt.21-03-2017 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S. Case No. 122 of 2016.
