The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is case and counter case between the parties and no specific allegation of assault is attributed to the petitioner rather the specific allegation is against the co-accused, Chand Mohammad. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 23.11.2019.
