BAJANTHRI) 21-02-2024 At this stage, learned counsel for the State pointed out from para 6 of the pleadings in the writ petition to the extent that petitioner was not registered owner as on the date of alleged incidence. No doubt, he might have purchased the subject matter of vehicle from Ashraf Ali Mansuri. However, there is no iota of material evidence to the extent that subject matter of motor vehicle stands in the name of the petitioner. Therefore, the present petition is not maintainable.
