2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Special Case No. 162 of 2024/CIS No. 162 of 2024 arising out of Janki Nagar P.S. Case No. 354 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 8(C)/21(b) of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 5.19 mg of Smack has been recovered from the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 3.10.2024.

5. Considering the quantum of recovery and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
