2. Pursuant to order dated 23.09.2019, the District Compassionate Committee, Supaul which has taken the decision in question dated 20.09.2019 is present comprising of Mr. Mahendra Kumar, the Collector, Supaul; Mr. Mukesh Kumar Sinha, DDC, Supaul; Mr. Braj Bihari Bhagat, Establishment Deputy Collector, Supaul and Mr. Birendra Kumar, Incharge, General Section.

3. In the show cause filed today, copy of the order appointing the petitioner on compassionate ground in compliance of the order dated 24.07.2017 passed in CWJC No. 1354 of 2016, has been brought on record. The Collector, Supaul submitted that the Civil Surgeon, Supaul has informed him that the petitioner has joined yesterday and her joining has been accepted.

4. Coming to the issue of late compliance and the unnecessary resistance shown, the officers present have tendered their unqualified and unconditional apology.

5. In view thereof, the Court is inclined to conclude the matter and not proceed any further.

6. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.

7. Personal appearance of the officers stands dispensed with.
