Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017 registered under Sections- 30(a), 37(b) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for recovery of only 1 liter country made Mahua liquor petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2017. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
