JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 The petitioner who is the younger brother of the husband of the deceased seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 582 of 2019, arising out of Sasaram Nagar P.S. Case No. 732 of 2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 498(A), 307, 34, 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 /4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

From the perusal of the F.I.R, it has been urged that there is no specific accusation against the petitioner and he has been made accused in this case only because of his relationship with the husband of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11187 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 The petitioner is stated to be in custody since 19.08.2019.

The petitioner further undertakes to participate in the trial.

Considering the aforestated facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousands) with sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Rohtas, Sasaram in connection with Sessions Trial No. 582 of 2019, arising out of Sasaram Nagar P.S. Case No. 732 of 2019.
