The petitioners have renewed their prayer for anticipatory bail a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324, 326, 451 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the informant's father namely Shiv Balak Prasad and his brother Sanjay Prasad used to deal in theft articles and used to conceal the stolen property in the house which was protested by the informant and his wife. It is further alleged that due to the above stand of the informant the petitioners being the daughter-in-law and niece of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6576 of 2016 (2) dt.27-07-2016 the informant along with other family members came variously armed, assaulted the wife of the informant and took away chain, ear-ring and ring from the wife of the informant. Petitioners'

earlier anticipatory bail application was disposed of vide order dated 08.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55673 of 2015 wherein it was observed that since the accusation is omnibus and general, hence constitutes ground for consideration for regular bail, but subsequent to that a co-ordinate Bench of this Court granted anticipatory bail to coaccused Sanjay Yadav vide order dated 12.02.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1758 of 2016 and following the said order this Court also granted anticipatory bail to co-accused Lilo Prasad vide order dated 03.03.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10329 of 2016.

Considering the fact that the accusation of assault is omnibus and general, subsequent to earlier disposal of the petitioners' application co-ordinate Bench of this Court granted anticipatory bail to co-accused, following the same this Court also granted anticipatory bail to other co-accused and petitioners being ladies, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6576 of 2016 (2) dt.27-07-2016 from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 294 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
