JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 09-02-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No.203 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 323, 341, 342, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was earlier released on bail vide order dated 15.04.2014 in Jakkanpur P.S. Case No.32 of 2014. Learned counsel further submits that thereafter the petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance to his wife vide order dated 29.08.2015 and he is regularly paying Rs. 6000/- as maintenance to his wife.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and in the event of arrest, he shall be released on bail subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sanjeev Prakash Sharma, J) amit/- U T
