2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Kaler P.S. Case No.36 of 2015.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event, the accusations are general and omnibus allegation.
4. Considering, however, the injury no.2 sustained by the informant upon whom the petitioner is also said to have committed assault being grievous in nature, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on anticipatory bail in connection with Kaler
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8383 of 2016 (2) dt.18-04-2016 2/2 P.S. Case No.36 of 2015 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal.
5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
