The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 385, 427, 283 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the informant by means of lathi, due to which, he sustained injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the nature of injuries is not mentioned in the impugned order. Petitioner has clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11764 of 2022(2) dt.30-08-2022 2/2 before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Kumar Prabhakar, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Gaya in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 21 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
