This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 379, 511, 427 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 15 and 16 of the Petroleum & Mineral Pipeline Act, 1962.

The first information report was lodged against unknown, when it was noticed that crude oil was being stolen away from the supply pipe. Later on some other person were apprehended by the police and in their confessional statement name of the petitioner transpired. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sessions Trial No. 290 of 2016 arising out of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11339 of 2017 (2) dt.20-03-2017 2/2 Simultala P.S. Case No. 12 of 2012 to the satisfaction of the Additional District & Sessions Judge, II, Jamui, or successor Court.
