The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 699/2019 dated 30.10.2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 308, 307 and 302/34 pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Supaul.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11100 of 2023(2) dt.25-04-2023 2/2 learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order considering this fact that some of the co-accused persons have been acquitted by the learned trial Court itself.
