Petitioners are accused in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 213 of 2016 registered under Sections 272, 273, 290 of the I.P.C. and sections 47a, 48, 51 and 52A of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. It is submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 06.01.2017.
