2. Yesterday, on prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned for the day.

3. Learned counsel for the State submitted that in terms of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondents 3 and 6, all admitted dues have been paid to the petitioner, details of which have been recorded in paragraph 8 of the said counter affidavit. A copy of the counter affidavit was served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 15.09.2017, but, no rejoinder to the same has been filed.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the Court can only presume that the admitted dues of the petitioner have been paid.
