22.06.2016 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the Opposite Party No. 2 by order dated 12.08.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 30905 of 2015 on the ground that he had suppressed the fact of criminal antecedent in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 101 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 120(B) and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara.

Considering that the Opposite Party No. 2 indeed suppressed the fact that he was not an accused in any other case and gave a confusing statement in the petition upon which he was released on bail, the application is allowed.
