2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 190 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act.
3. Allegedly, 100kgs of doda was recovered from field of the petitioner.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that the field wherefrom doda was recovered does not belong to the petitioner and on similar footing, co-accused Gopal Yadav has been granted regular bail in Cr. Misc. No. 34404 of 2021 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, is directed to furnish bail bond and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, NDPS, Act, Gaya in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 190 of 2020, subject to the following conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
