====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 26-04-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 04.01.2023 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 54149 of 2022 with a liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge against the petitioner was framed on 01.09.2022. The learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the bail application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned

No.14367 of 2023(3) dt.26-04-2023 2/2 counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 174 of 2022.

One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his elder brother Arjun Choudhary.

Further, in the event, if the learned Trial Court comes to a conclusion that the petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner, the learned Trial Court shall forthwith cancel his bail bonds after recording reasons. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Rishabh/- U T
