2. Mr. Sharda Nand Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that almost all the retiral dues payable has already been paid to the original petitioner.

3. Mr. Ajay, learned GA-5 for the State informs this Court that he has already filed counter affidavit to that effect.

4. Considering the fact that grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed, the present writ petition is disposed of.

5. However, if the petitioner finds that any dues is still pending then in that case she may represent before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.21509 of 2018(9) dt.20-03-2023 2/2 respondent no. 3- The District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, who will dispose of the representation of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of the filing of such representation.
