60 litres of country made wine has been recovered from possession of the petitioner while he was transporting the same over motorcycle bearing Registration No. BR 24H 6880 whereupon, he is under custody since 21.12.2019 having no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner Suraj Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge 2ndcum-Special Judge, Excise, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Akodhi Gola P.S. Case No. 238/2019.
