JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-09-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "1 (i)For issuance of an appropriate writ, order, or direction, commanding the respondents to reissue the passport in the name of the petitioner correcting the date of birth in the passport. The old passport no. is P8134539 dated 09.03.2017 which is valid upto 08.03.2027 issued by Passport Office, Patna."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that despite their best efforts, they have not been able to get an injunction in the title appeal, filed by them bearing Title Appeal No. 01 of 2024, pending before the learned

Patna High Court CWJC No.3104 of 2023(9) dt.03-09-2024 2/2 Court of ADJ-VII, Gopalganj, hence it is submitted that the date of birth of the petitioner shall be corrected and a new passport shall be issued within a period of four weeks from today, subject to the final outcome of the aforesaid title appeal. It is directed, accordingly.
