The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Thirty liters of liquor was recovered from a semi constructed house of the petitioner. The petitioner has got list of identical criminal antecedents.

Submission is that the place of recovery is accessible by anyone. The petitioner is in custody since 20.01.2020. Considering the entire facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail for the present. Hence, the prayer for bail is refused. If the trial is not concluded within six
