2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Uphara P.S. Case No. 132/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8B/20(b) II and 25 of the NDPS Act.

3. There is recovery of 1.66 grams of ganja from the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 11.12.2024 and he claims to have clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Aurangabad / concerned court in connection

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10751 of 2025(2) dt.06-03-2025 2/2 with Uphara P.S. Case No. 132/2024.

6. At the time of furnishing bail bonds, the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Aurangabad will verify the antecedent of the petitioner and will accept the bail bond if he has clean antecedent. In case, some cases are found against him, his bail bonds shall not be accepted. During the pendency of this case, the petitioner will mark his attendance in Uphara police station on every Sunday of the month.
