Petitioner is accused in connection with Khizersaral P. S. Case no. 52 of 2014 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent. He has falsely been implicated in this case due to misunderstanding and in this regard informant has filed a petition before the learned court below. He is languishing in jail custody since 29.11.2016. Similarly situated co-accused, namely, Mahendra Choudhary has been granted bail by a Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide Cr. Misc. no. 36042 of 2014.
