2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to make necessary correction in the petition as the Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 290 of 2024 has wrongly been typed as Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 290 of 2004.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 290 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 87 of the BNS.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have abducted the victim.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2024 and from the statement of the victim girl, it appears that the petitioner and the victim were in relationship.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka/concerned Court below in connection with Dhoraiya P.S.
