1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to SC-26 for the State.

The Court is not inclined to entertain the writ application for the reason that the petitioner has filed the instant writ application seeking quashing of the order dated 09.04.1996 passed by the Deputy Director, Consolidation, Vaishali at Hajipur in Miscellaneous Case No. 576 of 1995 under Section 33A of Bihar Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation Act, 1956 (Annexure-3).

3. The order impugned was passed on 09.04.1996 and the petitioner has moved before this Court assailing the said order in the year 2025 i.e. after passage of more than 29 years, as such, on grounds of delay, the Court is not inclined to exercise its extraordinary jurisdiction, accordingly, the writ application is dismissed.
