2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 97 of 2000 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 436/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. In a case of misuse of privilege of bail, the petitioner is in jail since 18.12.2023.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22811 of 2024(2) dt.04-04-2024 2/2 let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Gopalganj in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 97 of 2000, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial. He will appear regularly as by himself or through his lawyer.
