Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354B of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that the informant went to ease the petitioner tried to gag her.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that even assuming the accusation no offence under Section 354B is made out. The petitioner and informant are neighbour and in the background of land dispute accusation has been levelled.
Considering the above fact, it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail, let the learned court
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6724 of 2016 (2) dt.15-02-2016 below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 603 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda. With the above observation this application is disposed of.
