JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-11-2019 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(I) For commanding and directing the respondents for payment of Group Insurance with 121⁄2 % compound interest and D.D.A. amount with effect from 01.01.1990 to October, 1992 with 9% interest on D.A. amount.

(II) For commanding and directing the respondents for payment of promotional benefit from 27.07.1998 to 31.01.2016 which has not been fixed for his Senior Lecturer Scale. It has not been paid differences of arrears of scale with

(III) For commanding and directing the respondents for pay fixation of pension according to Senior Lecturer Scale with effect from 31.01.2016 and pay differences of arrears of salary.

(IV) For commanding and directing the respondents for payment of Ph.D. increment from 2004 to till now."

Having regard to the nature of the prayer made by the petitioner herein, I deem it fit and appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Registrar, Jai Prakash University, Chapra/ the Registrar, B.R.A. Bihar University Muzaffarpur for redressal of his aforesaid grievances by filing appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today and in case such a representation is filed, the aforesaid authorities shall take appropriate action and dispose off the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
