2. This application has been filed for the direction to the respondent nos. 2 to 5 to remove the encroachment made by the private respondent nos. 6 to 8 from over the vacant land of Zila Parishad, West Champaran at Bettiah.

3. Learned counsel for the State and Zila Parisad jointly submit that the encroachment has been removed. In these

4. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 6 to 8 submits that respondent no. 6 to 8 who are the alleged encroachers have applied to the District Magistrate, West Champaan at Bettiah for grant of parcha under the Bihar Privileged Persons Homestead Tenancy Act, 1947.

5. If any application is pending before the authorities the same may be decided in accordance with law within a month of communication of this order.

6. Accordingly, this writ application stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
