JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-11-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 13.4.2016 passed by the District Appellate Authority, Jehanabad before the State Appellate Authority, Patna.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.7 does not have any objection.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 13.4.2016 passed by the District Appellate Authority, Jehanabad before the State Appellate Authority, Patna and in case such appeal is filed within six weeks from today, the State Appellate Authority shall consider the appeal of the petitioner without being impeded by the issue of limitation.
