This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Stolen motorcycle was allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has got criminal antecedent of a case.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of six months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Buxar in connection with Itarhi P.S.
