1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 427, 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code & Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have antecedent of one case and have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant on account of existing dispute. It is further submitted that the informant alleges that on 03.11.2023 the accused persons came variously

No.18026 of 2024(2) dt.05-04-2024 2/3 armed and the petitioner no.1 started indiscriminate firing from his licenced rifle and thereafter petitioner no.2 caught hold the hand of the informant with bad intention and petitioner no.3 snatched the motorcycle of the husband of the informant by twisting his arm. It is next submitted that though the allegation of firing is alleged but then no one was injured in the firing, which further goes to demonstrate that in order to give serious colour to the case, allegation of firing is alleged. It is next submitted that the allegation of holding the hand of the informant and snatching of motorcycle is ornamental in nature. It is also submitted that the petitioners will not abscond rather will co-operate in the investigation.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Tiyar P.S.
